Vince Staub
Vince is a Certified Coach Practioner and a doctoral candidate in Strategic Leadership. Vince has held many professional and volunteer positions in the for-profit and non-profit sectors for nearly 40 years. Vince is passionate about building leaders and leadership pipelines. Vince energizes the room while keeping a realistic bent on any task at hand. Vince works at all levels, from the C-Suite to frontline team members; he is able to link high-level visions with grassroots efforts to optimize overall team performance and business success. Vince leverages his extensive risk management background to limit business legal and financial exposure.

Sandra is a creative and accomplished Art Director with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail as she manages a wide range of creative projects. Patricia Waxler
Pat is a Certified Executive Leadership Coach with three decades of experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. She has held numerous leadership positions and leverages these experiences to help new and emerging talent develop into inspiring leaders - leaders who people want to work with and follow. Pat helps individuals identify what's now and what's next in their professional and personal lives. She also helps teams reach their goals while creating a sustainable environment that cultivates engagement, alignment, purpose, and meaningful success. Pat is passionate about helping managers become more effective and optimizing business results.
Kate O'Connor
Kate has put her Master's degree in HR Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School to good work as she honed her HR skills working in the Tech Start-up and VC communities. She has experience working directly with senior level executives providing executive search expertise as well as strategic human resource management planning support. Kate is comfortable in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment and is dedicated to helping businesses achieve their talent management goals. With every engagement, Kate dives in deep with a never-ending amount of energy and dedication.
Ken Wells
Building on first-hand manufacturing, engineering, and service experience, Ken has 20+ years of experience improving organizational performance through process optimization, management training, instructional design, and high performing team engagements. Ken received the IAF (International Association of Facilitators) Platinum Award for his work with multiple groups including manufacturing, engineering, operations, and service organizations. Ken quickly assesses the operational situation and then precisely creates solutions that help teams overcome their problems/challenges. Ken is passionate about helping individuals and teams find extraordinary success.
